Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your clean, unwashed Lola Blanket in its original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
